Transformation of the former police station into offices in Xionata
In the former police station in Xionata, we are carrying out a complete renovation to create offices. The programme includes an energy renovation of the building.

We invest in property so that more people can make Kefalonia their home, all year round. Property is also our main capital base, counterbalancing the risk carried by our other projects.
Our vision

Construction of a low-carbon home in Thiramonas
We are building a low-carbon house in Thiramonas. It will be our first home dedicated to a family settling in Kefalonia full-time.

2024 · Municipal premises
Complete creation of a coffee shop in Xionata
In 2024, we created a café in municipal premises in Xionata that had been unused for more than 20 years. The café is now operated within our group.
Upcoming programmes
Three new homes in 2027
We plan to build or renovate three more homes in Kefalonia in 2027. Each will be dedicated to families settling on the island, with an emphasis on energy-efficient housing and low greenhouse-gas emissions.
